2. What we collect

• Job seekers: name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, email address, LINE account name, nationality, residence status and period of stay, identity documents such as the residence card, education and work history, qualifications, Japanese ability, preferred working conditions and anything else you tell us when asking for advice
• People working with us as dispatched staff: in addition to the above, what is needed to manage employment, such as work records and the details needed for payroll and social insurance
• People contacting us on behalf of employers: name, company, department, phone number, email address and the details of the request
• Anyone who contacts us: the name, contact details and message you send by phone, email or LINE

3. Why we use it

We use personal information only for these purposes.

• Matching job seekers with openings for job placement and worker dispatch, and introducing candidates to employers
• Managing the employment of dispatched staff and supporting them during and after placement
• Advice and support with residence status procedures, interpreting, translation and help with daily life
• Answering inquiries and staying in touch
• Keeping the records the law requires and meeting other legal obligations, such as reports to public authorities

4. Job seekers' information

Under the Employment Security Act, we collect, keep and use job seekers' personal information only as far as our work requires. Except where the law allows it, we do not collect race, ethnicity, social status, family origin, registered domicile, place of birth or anything else that could lead to social discrimination, nor beliefs or trade union membership.

We do not give personal information to third parties without your consent, except in these cases.

This website uses no analytics tools and no advertising cookies. Its fonts are served from our own server, so viewing a page sends no information to outside companies.

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States, which keeps access records, including IP addresses, for security and operations. Messages sent to us on LINE go through the service of LY Corporation.

8. Security

To prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration or leaks, we set internal handling rules, limit who can see personal information and train our staff. We keep personal information only as long as our purposes require and delete it properly once it is no longer needed.
